1. Read the conditions laid down in the notification bearing number IITM/2025/N/23/730 Dated 14/11/2025 carefully before filling up the scholarship form. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
2. Download the scholarship form by clicking on the “Scholarship Form”: Scholarship Form
3. Fill the form on your system (the PDF file is editable). You can complete all fields on your computer except the account number field, which must be written by hand.
4. Once you complete the form, a blue “Save” button will appear at the top of the PDF file. Click it to save the filled form on your system.
5. Take a printout of the saved form, paste your photograph, sign it, attach the necessary documents, and submit it in the IITM office. Alternatively, you may download the form, take its printout directly, and fill in all details by hand.
6. If a student wishes to apply for Jibrial Memorial Scholarship also, a separate form must be submitted for it, with all the required documents enclosed along with the form.
