Note on NAAC Preparedness Meeting Under New Binary Scheme NAAC 2024

We conducted an important meeting at the Iqbal Institute of Technology and Management, Srinagar, regarding our preparedness for the NAAC accreditation process under the new binary scheme, NAAC 2024.

During the meeting, we discussed the following key points:

Overview of the New Binary Scheme NAAC 2024: We reviewed the changes and requirements introduced in the new scheme and discussed how these modifications will impact our current accreditation strategies.

Current Status of Preparedness: An assessment of our current readiness for the accreditation process was conducted. We identified areas that need immediate attention and developed an action plan to address these gaps.

Action Plan Development: A detailed action plan was formulated to ensure that all necessary preparations are completed in a timely manner. This includes enhancing our documentation processes, improving institutional practices, and ensuring compliance with the new criteria.

Resource Allocation: We discussed the allocation of resources, both human and financial, required to meet the NAAC accreditation standards. It was agreed that specific teams would be designated to handle various aspects of the preparation.

Timeline and Deadlines: A timeline was established for the completion of various tasks, ensuring that we meet all deadlines set by the NAAC. Regular follow-up meetings will be scheduled to monitor progress.

The meeting was productive, and we are confident that with the collective efforts of our faculty and staff, we will successfully navigate the new NAAC accreditation process.
