Dr. Yousuf ul Umar, PhD IIT Dehli
Man is born with a basic instinct to learn and express his ideas. Once this process of learning and expressing one's ideas becomes stagnant and outdated, the intellectual growth along with physical growth of society is a big casualty. Therefore, education must provide a stimulus for learning which in turn may transform the individual and the society for the good of humanity. That is what IITM stands for.
Prof. Abdul Gani
Prof. Abdul Gani has joined the institution as its new director he has rare blend of teaching, research, training and administrative experience of over three and a half decades at four reputed universities (2 Central, 1 State and 1 Foreign). Having worked at the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) as the founder Registrar, Head, Department of Management Studies and Dean, School of Business Studies, Prof Gani has also served the University as Officiating Vice-Chancellor at different time intervals (being the senior most professor), Dean of three Schools of Studies, Director (Curriculum Development), Director (Admissions), Director (R&D) and Librarian. Prior to joining CUK, Prof Gani served the University of Kashmir, Indira Gandhi National Open University and Arab Open University, Saudi Arabia at senior academic and administrative positions.
